About Dana Barraco
With ten years of experience in film and television, I am a people-first manager who leads Sling Freestream programming operations at Sling TV. I oversee linear, VOD, dynamic ad insertion, and API VOD operations, managing complex projects and relationships with external stakeholders and C-level executives. I excel at translating technical requirements across the business to ensure teams can work their best together and achieve our goals. I am also a three-time Rocky Mountain Emmy winner for my work on the documentary series This is Utah, where I showcased the diverse stories of Utahans across the state. I am passionate about mental health and inclusivity in the workplace, and I strive to create an enriching and safe work environment for my team. I love the outdoors and I enjoy challenging myself with various activities, such as running, climbing, hiking, backpacking, bike-packing, and skiing.
