I am responsible for all of the commercial reporting of business performance in both sales and account management for Allianz Trade in the UK and Ireland, providing management information and analysis through weekly and month end reporting of the commercial portfolio.I produce and continuously work to improve management reports and analysis relating to the credit insurance portfolio, to create faster responses with better quality and accuracy. I am always considering ways to improve upon processes and reports in all areas of my job role, and sometimes outside my job role. This has resulted in saving up to 130 working hours.I respond to ad-hoc requests from local and regional commercial departments in a timely and professional manner, consistently exceeding deadlines.I have excellent working relationships with the UK commercial department and key stakeholders (Commercial Director, CEO, Finance Director)

I am a very efficient focused individual who thrives in a highly autonomous role. I have 25 years experience within the credit insurance industry, covering a wide selection of roles.I am currently responsible for all of the commercial reporting of business performance for Allianz Trade UK & Ireland providing management information, forecasts and data analysis.I have an excellent working knowledge of salesforce.com (creating reports, producing dashboards, performance tracking, providing extensive end-user support, and trouble shooting issues and queries) I am very strong working with Microsoft excel and have also worked competently with Microsoft access and Microstrategy.I continuously strive to improve processes and I am proud to say that in my current role, my work has helped us to save up to 150 working hours a month! This has afforded me more time to provide further added value support to key business stakeholders.On Nov 10th 2019 I completed my first marathon in Athens, at what is widely regarded as the toughest road course in the world. This was with very little training and in a time of 4:52:59. The proudest achievement of my life. I was delighted to beat this time by almost 40 minutes two years later, Oct 3rd 2022, when I completed a lifelong ambition to run the London Marathon, achieving a time of 4:13:36; helping to raise thousands for Bowel Cancer UK, which is very close to my heart.I am a confident, loyal, out-going, professional individual possessing excellent organisational skills and a strong determination and will power to get the job done.
