Dan currently is the Director of Operations for MA Design Cincinnati and Studio Lead for Mixed Use/Multifamily. He has gained extensive experience working with various, complex international and domestic building types through all design stages. Leading projects he creates project goals, schedules, budgets, and work plans for large, complex projects meeting or exceeding his Client\'s expectations. He excels at creating Partnerships with Clients while carrying the design philosophy throughout the entire project process.He also leads the day to day operations, staffing, marketing efforts, financial performance, and setting goals for individuals and project teams. In addition, his skill-sets continue to be focused on Mixed Use, Multi-Family, Strategic Workplace Design, Hospitality, Sustainability, BIM, and setting goals and initiatives to improve the final product that is being crafted for his Clients.
