The corporate world desperately needs leadership that can energize and inspire teams to greater gains. I bring 30+ years in trauma and acute care environments combined with an MBA and deep experience in IT, operations, and service-line leadership, into executive roles where culture, strategy, and execution all have to hit at once. I don\'t manage from the sidelines- I work alongside boards, executives, clinicians, and staff to help teams achieve more than they thought possible, consistently and sustainably.Spanning health systems, virtual care, & professional services, I\'ve led multi-site portfolios, major digital transformations and complex integration efforts. I see needs, connections, and the interplay between diverse groups that many miss, and turn that insight into operating models that actually work with clear KPIs, disciplined cadences, and real accountability around access, quality, revenue, & margin. Whether it is building a destination service line, scaling virtual care model, modernizing an IT stack, or guiding a mission-driven nonprofit, I implement structures that free people to do their best work.My background spans opening and scaling new service lines & facilities, negotiating capital and consumables 30%+ under budget, raising employee engagement scores dramatically, and eliminating unnecessary contracted spend while improving service. I\'ve consulted for ASCs & health systems to improve satisfaction, increase throughput, and reduce waste. I\'ve also led IT platform implementations as both an operator & a strategic partner. Universally stakeholder satisfaction has consistently climbed because the work is grounded in relationships, transparency, & follow-through.At every level I bring the same core approach- invest in people, align purpose, and use data as a tool, not a weapon. My LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, MBA in IT Management, & BS in Finance sharpen my ability to connect vision to numbers, but it\'s the work of mentoring leaders, building trust, & modeling integrity that moves organizations forward.
