ABOUT DAN WHITTINGHAM
I am a chartered surveyor in the CBRE Investment Team based in Birmingham, specialising in acquisitions, disposals and consultancy across the Midlands, across a range of commercial sectors including industrial and logistics, offices and retail. I have experience serving a range of clients, including Funds, REITs, Developers, Property Companies, Overseas Investors and Private Individuals. I am a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, having passed my APC in November 2023. During my time at CBRE, I have been part of a team which has transacted over half a billion pounds worth of commercial real estate and advised on hundreds of other properties.Other Roles-Head of Sustainability for the CBRE Birmingham Junior Board -Captained the Birmingham property hockey team to victory in the Birmingham Corporate League in the 2024 season and second place in the 2025 seasonOutside of work I am a keen sportsman and a National League hockey player, playing for Harborne HC as we won the National Champions Cup in 2025.
