Communicate with BD and executive team throughout this process to ensure that we manage our potential risk exposure in each contract prudently. I consult with our outside counsel and our insurance broker, as needed for each contract review.Answer questions about existing contracts and assist BD and management through the process of establishing new contracts or modifying existing contracts.Participate in the process of completing vendor registrations and RFI’s that will lead to new agreements.Maintain a spreadsheet that tracks essential data about each contract to ensure BD and ops would be aware of upcoming contract renewals in a timely manner.Manage a process with affected managers for upcoming contract renewals and new agreements where we evaluate company costs and other business data that is helpful in setting pricing and identifying additional items that may need to be negotiated into the contract.Maintain SharePoint site where all contracts are stored.
