As Telematics Director at Acorn Insurance, I look after the Carrot, My Policy and Acorn Protect brands, blending operations, product, and a bit of healthy problem-solving. After 15 years in insurance, I’ve been lucky enough to launch big things, build new teams, and help steer acquisitions, but my real highlight has been the people along the way.I’m at my best when I’m building, improving, and mentoring. Watching talented colleagues level up their skills (and their confidence) is the part of the job that never gets old.Road safety is personal too. I’m a trustee of The Bobby Colleran Trust, supporting campaigns that protect kids on our streets. I’m also on a long-term mission to make telematics feel less like a ‘black box’ and more like the smart, life-saving co-pilot it was always meant to be.Usually found behind a camera, on a podcast, on a tennis court, or explaining the offside rule to my kids.
