I’ve spent the past 17 years working across tech and engineering, starting out in hands-on technical and customer-facing roles and gradually moving into leadership. That early experience still shapes how I work today — I like to understand problems properly, keep things practical, and focus on solutions that actually make a difference.Over time, I’ve taken on roles where I’ve been responsible for growing teams, developing business, and helping organisations adopt new technologies, particularly in automation and manufacturing. I enjoy working in complex environments where there isn’t a clear playbook, building relationships, and figuring out what will really move things forward.Today, I lead Quanser’s business across the UK and Europe, combining direct sales with developing our partner network. A big part of my role is working with universities and research institutions, helping them deliver more hands-on, practical engineering education using real-world systems.I’m particularly interested in the link between education, research, and industry — and how we can better prepare engineers for the challenges they’ll face outside the classroom.I value straightforward communication, strong relationships, and teams that take ownership and get things done. I’m always open to connecting with people working in engineering, education, and technology.
