I lead a team of 3 responsible for delivering payroll services for the JLR contract within CEVA logistics processing a weekly payroll for approximately 470 employees, and a monthly payroll for 1600 employees across a complex pay structure, including shift premiums, overtime, holiday pay & SSP on our payroll system, Resourcelink.• I ensure accuracy and compliance of payroll data by working closely with our Shared Services & ER teams, as well as liaising with the HR business partners on a weekly basis to validate employee data, particularly in relation to absence and sickness tn ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.• I’m the primary escalation point for payroll related queries and issues, proactively resolving complex cases, whilst constantly striving to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and strengthen the partnership with JLR• I’ve played a big role in the implantation of a new cloud based T&A system called Worklinq, including support project delivery, providing live training and Q&A sessions for super users across multiple sites, and providing post go live support to ensure a smooth transition and system adoption
