About Dan Uccello
Starting in the family business at the age of 12 taught me all the ins and outs of the restaurant industry, I’ve done every position in the business and at the age of 24 I was lucky enough to achieve my dream with my brother and business partner, we opened our first location in 2011, when he was just 19 years old. We’ve had a lot of great success but also a lot of failures, we have learned how to stay humble and grow our company by learning by those around us and from our mistakes.Fast forward to 2023, was in the role of owner and visionary for our 5 restaurants, real estate investor, and started a hard money lending business for investors. In 2026 we decided to give the hard money company it\'s own identity which is when Uccello Capital was born.
