Managing a team of direct & indirect reports.• Auditing and review of documentation provided from emergency response coordinators which outlines accidents that have damaged client assets and or company property. • Initiation of claims against offending parties.• Monitoring and responding to ongoing questions or requests for additional information.• Arranging for payment options with uninsured/underinsured parties.• Initiating small claims processes for unpaid claims and or bad debt write-offs. • Keeping legal department informed by providing periodic status reports; offering alerts when claims are likely to go to litigation.• Documenting actions by accessing and entering data into an Excel Access database.• Providing monthly reports and chairing conference calls for project administrators, project managers, corporate management, and shareholders.• Speaking to KPI objectives, operational and financial dashboards on an individual project level, and the 3rd party claims initiative across the board.• High volume account management with an emphasis on time management as well as personal production accountability.• Training and coaching different projects on new software, best practices, and expectations. • Traveling to each of the projects and corporate office for training meetings as needed.
