As a key leader in my current role, I am responsible for overseeing aspects of Meta Leased capacity, Backbone and Metro fiber delivery strategy across the EMEASA, NA & APAC regions. Simultaneously, I manage the EMEA platform for our internally developed Physical Network Documentation System. My duties include driving quarterly business vendor reviews, utilizing metrics to track key performance indicators for infrastructure products, such as on-time network acceptance, vendor performance and reported optical route data quality. I also ensure the synchronization of fiber deployment schedules and acceptance with periodic capacity planning needs, driving effective cross-functional coordination among teams.• Steering process improvement across EMEASA, NA and APAC for fiber delivery and documentation by implementing global fiber characterization standards.• Demonstrated proficiency in working with data from multiple systems, driving Fiber Reporting Automation, correlating information and building datasets for use across various tools and systems.• Enabled attainment of technical requirements and provided technical expertise in vendor selection for new regions by steering collaborative efforts with EMEASA, NA & APAC Investment Managers.Achievements- Coordinated the built of OTDR Reporting Automation tool for high count delivery packages that reduced significantly the test results review time- Introducing the \"On Demand\" Fiber Handover Delivery Concept through Hardware Automation to ensure regular high count optical data availability with \"In-Phase\" Documentation System Update
