I founded ICAN in 2008 with a vision: to bring hope and a future to children and families affected by developmental challenges. Today, ICAN has grown from a single provider into a nationally recognized center of excellence in the Pacific Northwest, with a team of 90+ professionals delivering evidence-based treatment, education, and diagnostic services. To date, we have supported more than 2,200 families and earned international recognition for our innovative, multidisciplinary approach. Now, we are entering an exciting new phase : expanding our impact beyond the United States. By adapting our model of care to international communities, we are building partnerships and opportunities to serve families on a global scale. I am passionate about creating solutions that empower families, shape the future of developmental healthcare, and drive lasting change worldwide.
