My role within Transport for Wales is to provide client side project management for several infrastructure schemes located in North Wales.My roles requires overall management of programme, finances, costs, governance, stakeholder management, Safety validation & EiS and overall delivery for TfW Rail. I currently work on several wide ranging schemes such as Platform works on Cambrian Coast Line for 197 EiS, BAU schemes at Holyhead & Machynlleth and a new depot canopy at Holyhead depot.
