Working as part of J A Kemp\'s biotechnology and life sciences group, I handle the drafting, filing and prosecution of European, British, international and foreign patent applications. I also have extensive experience of handling European opposition and appeal cases, as well as providing infringement, patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions.My expertise encompasses a large number of scientific fields, including plant molecular biology, microbiology, immunology, stem cell therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics and medical devices. I work with a wide range of clients, from small startup companies and universities to large multinational corporations. Using my knowledge of the Korean language and culture, I enjoy visiting South Korea to establish new connections and build relationships with existing clients.
