   Solve production problems and work to improve yields, reduce costs, and streamline production of optical coatings on lenses, mirrors and output couplers mostly used in industrial, medical, and military lasers. In one instance, developed a novel evaporation source that significantly cut production costs while reducing defects (relative to the prior source) by over 95%.
