I am the Global Sustainability Lead at Red Hat, empowering one of the world\'s leading open hybrid cloud technology companies to drive meaningful climate action—both internally and for our customers.My mission is two-fold: to embed a culture of holistic sustainability across our global organization and to design and execute a clear, strategic plan to achieve our ambitious 2030 climate goals. I specialize in turning complex environmental challenges into tangible business opportunities and measurable impact.What problems do I solve? I help organizations bridge the critical gap between high-level ESG commitments and real-world technology implementation. I work directly with engineering, product, and sales teams to demonstrate how our innovative IT solutions deliver significant energy savings and operational efficiencies for our customers. This empowers them with the data and support necessary to meet their own environmental targets, transforming their IT spend into a sustainable competitive advantage.With over a decade of experience in strategic sustainability leadership—from consulting internationally to managing complex capital projects—I know that massive, necessary change is possible.
