Professionally Accredited (LEED AP) by the U.S. Green Building Council for expertise in environmental and energy efficient building design and construction. Practical experience enables effective, creative problem solving using a collaborative, relationship based approach.Currently managing the development of Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions\' portfolio across the US. Responsible for originating and managing schedules and budgets, project team selection, contract negotiations, entitlements, risk mitigation, client and stakeholder relationships. Currently have $400m in active projects, with another $250m in the pipeline, across a variety of project structures and delivery methods. Previously managed several large scale military housing redevelopment projects across a number of AF bases across the US.
