At Open Format we\'re building Aartoo, the AI sidekick for community growth. My role involves leading the team that\'s building the AI assistant and making key decisions on the architecture of the agent that powers Aartoo.This involves working on everything from Aartoo\'s memory and making sure Aartoo knows everything it needs to about the community, to introducing evals and giving Aartoo more tools.It\'s a super fun role, and we\'re always looking for more talented developers and builders to join the AI assistant team, so if you\'re interested let me know!We\'re a start up and I\'ve been here since the start, so I\'m also invovled in just about everything: growth, sales, content, you name it.
