SNG is one of the largest and fastest growing social landlords in the country, aiming to deliver around 2500 new build properties annually.I lead our Customer New Homes service, which aims to ensure those new homes meet the needs and aspirations of our customers.I also lead our Bristol and Gloucester, Wiltshire, and Devon Lettings teams, which are responsible for letting a large proportion of those newbuilds, as well as reletting our existing stock. In managing relationships with local authorities, developers, partner landlords and support agencies, we help set the tone locally in how to create new - and maintain existing - positive neighbourhoods through sustainable lets.We do what we can to help solve the acute housing crisis in this area, whilst working with our future residents to ensure they succeed.
