   Responsible for standing up all operations, processes and controls related to default claim filing and loss analysis for FHA, VA, FNMA, USDA, FHLMC and Private MI-Lead the successful mapping, configuration and implementation of Black Knights claims solution LoanSphere Claims that included over 30 claim types and 60 claims triggers-Responsible for the design and creation of Claims and Loss Analysis procedures that were integrated with LoanSphere Claims system and external investor systems (Catalyst, PAID, Property 360, Valeri, LINC)-Collaborate with Cornerstones Change Management team to identify and implement new processes from State and Investor changes- Design and automate Loss Analysis control reporting to track statuses of LA inflow, bill backs, internal dept reviews, supplementals and final cash liquidations-Connect with various servicing teams to resolve process gaps that would attribute to reaching max recovery for all investors and insurers-Design, implement and automate departmental KPI\'s that measure the timeliness, recovery rate and accuracy of claim filing- successfully designed and transformed automated loss analysis process into a digital platform that is integrated with LoanSphere Claims/ECDE date that can be edited and changed but also has live dashboard visualizations and results. This enhancement reduced the loss analysis process by over 80% and improved quality by over 90%
