Script then build (using on-demand learning tools) self-serve courses and create instructor led course materials (PPTs, facilitator guides)- Design, develop and deliver training via live webinars, and asyncronous articles, videos, and courses in-app and online- Create assessments to check comprehension and assess skills- Incorporate data-driven customer feedback to create and update training content
