About Dan Roeser
Born and raised in Niagara Falls NY, I grew up near the Love Canal - one of the most notorious brownfield properties in the USA. The Niagara River was a failing ecosystem in a struggling city. Witnessing the impacts on the local community helped me discover my \"why\" and my purpose to impact the world for current and future generations by helping create a cleaner, natural environment, and better economic conditions, to allow for safe and thriving communities. Over 25 years ago, I was fortunate to join #SMEUSA who is driven by the same purpose and every day get to impact my local Michigan environment and communities through my work. As a clean water, aquarium, composting, gardening, grilling, and Michigan kayaking enthusiast, my purpose also aligns with my personal passions.
