Coaching local account executives to help small to medium size businesses grow utilizing strategic advertising in our CBS & CW programming, along with KREM.com digital opportunities, PREMION streaming and KREM2+ streaming. Maintains relationships with local, regional and national advertising agencies while maintaining a high level of accountability for revenue goals and share growth. Conduct weekly strategic sales trainings and weekly one-on-one meetings to help diversify relationships to provide the most effective solutions, while reaching and exceeding overall revenue goals. Daily tasks include attending sales calls, managing inventory for two full broadcast television stations and developing OTT Streaming Television trends to educate and implement digital advertising solutions to any business in the nation. Considered a super user of industry software: Wide Orbit, Wide Orbit Media Sales, Salesforce, Matrix, Media Monitors, Miller Kaplan X-Ray and yield management Sharebuilder. Work with qualitative research data from Marshall Marketing, Leigh Stowell, The Media Audit and TVB among many other resources available.
