i have recently started as a Senior Learning and Development Advisor at Addelshaw Goddard.Previously as a Distribution Manager and the Training Development Manager at HSBC, I have over 13 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on learning and development, customer service, onboarding, and investments. I hold an Advanced Train the Trainer Level 5 Diploma, an Advanced Level 5 Life Coaching Diploma, and an NLP Practitioner certification, which enable me to design and deliver effective and engaging training programs for various audiences and channels.I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of learning and development, and creating solutions that enhance the performance and satisfaction of the bank\'s retail and commercial customers and colleagues. I have been involved in designing training for various changes in the bank, such as the best technology-based onboarding program in 2023 and the second-best onboarding program of the year in 2024, as well as working alongside a wide range of teams and stakeholders. My goal is not to live forever, but to create something that does.
