   Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance of two 1.2 million sq ft facilities. Driving a $4.3 million-dollar annual budget while maintaining 23% under budget. Responsible for implementing contingencies and driving down SEV downtime by 145 hours YoY-As a stretched RMM over 9 sites, has been able to provide SEV support/reduction and carry out the duties and responsibilities of the RMM, to include talent management, career progression, facility inspections and coordinating emergency repairs and maintenance-Pillar owner for labor planning and maintenance standard work. Implemented a phased approach to improving labor planning and the effectiveness of tuned labor planning by driving a 38.4% improvement QoQ in effective labor planning. This improvement has been a direct reflection of completed PMs which has improved 4.7% MoM across TSSL+ and driven down CRIT backlogs by 24.2% QoQ.
