Establish quality, safety and financial operational standards to produce positive impact on overall performance of the organizationAreas of responsibilities • Service Department – Overseeing day to day operations of service requests, parts restock/ordering, and field service activities.• Supplies Department – Work with management to ensure supply distribution goals are obtained and restocking levels are adequate.• Customer Care – Work with management to ensure calls are being responded to accurately and customer’s needs are being met. Contract meters are captured for monthly invoicing.• Vehicle Maintenance – Monitor the fleet of Accent Imaging vehicles and make sure maintenance is being performed within the parameters set. • Facilities Maintenance – Manage contracts and services for the cleaning of facilities. Maintain the interior and exterior of our office complex. Scheduling of services to be performed on the HVAC systems.• Logistics – Manage the deliveries and customer communications ensuring the scheduling of installs and pickups are processed in a timely manner.• Managed Network Services – Work with our Network on Command technical staff on the onboarding process and review the monitoring/technical services provided. Manage the monthly and quarterly review process providing the clients detailed reports on services delivered.• Avaya Phone Systems – Work with team to ensure the sites are being managed and installs are performed to Avaya standards• Equipment Purchasing – Oversee the order and stock of equipment warehoused at our facility.
