ABOUT DAN PLOSKY

I oversee the running of Now Get Qualified (NGQ), focusing on compliance, operations, business development and quality standards of construction assessment and training. We are an established, multi award winning Construction NVQ Provider, delivering competence based qualifications throughout England, Scotland and Wales, across a range of occupations and professions. We work with the country\'s leading construction bodies, federations and associations, to address the needs of the industry and it\'s ever changing regulations and guidance. I\'ve worked in construction throughout my adult life. Starting in my teens as a general labourer, before moving into the plastering and damp proofing sector. I was introduced to drylining in my early twenties, and worked on numerous projects across London and the South East, developing skills and training to meet demand, whilst contracting within the commercial, residential and domestic sectors. I was introduced to NVQ assessment in 2007, and went on to qualify as an assessor, mixing site work with construction training. Having worked for CITB for several years, I decided to form Now Get Qualified (NGQ). Since 2012, we have built up a reputation for quality, integrity and professionalism.
