With over a decade of experience leading business-critical projects across diverse industries, including five years at Amazon Web Services, I currently serve as a Sr. Manager in Technical Program Management. My focus is on optimizing S & OP demand planning across all of AWS infrastructure - including materials and data center strategy, while developing and delivering software solutions across distributed systems that scale existing infrastructure and data centers, reduce demand plan creation time while increasing plan insights to higher quality planning decisions for the company. I work collaboratively with customers and leadership at all levels, while also diving deep into the engineering solutions we implement. My goal is to enhance transparency and empower customers to make confident financial and operational tradeoffs in their plans.As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), I’ve been instrumental in driving product development, business intelligence, and analytics within our forecasting team.Our team\'s commitment to customer-centric solutions has played a pivotal role in refining AWS\'s supply chain strategy, ensuring we continue to deliver the capacity needed to meet our customers\' demands.
