I have just established Statera Consulting Limited, providing consultancy services to the SME marketplace in Yorkshire and beyond! I decided it was time to set up on my own after spending the last 14 years working in Senior Management (seven years’ operating at board level). Key Skills: • Financial & Business Strategy • Performance Management • Established Leader (6 direct reports, 135 staff) • Business Process Review and IT Systems Development • Cost analysis and reduction • Bids & Contract • All aspects of acquisitions - appraisal/due diligence/post acquisition integration • Change management / Restructuring I will be focusing my skills working with owner managers to enhance the culture of the organization, add value and increase their wealth. I enjoy helping people, whether it be in or outside of work. After all we are all human. The name Statera is Latin for ‘balance’, the business is born from a concept and overwhelming desire to combine my passion for business and helping people, where I can aid them find balance in their work and life. There are two sides to Statera, the first is providing general business consultancy to owner managers, helping them and their senior management teams achieve their goals. The second part is focusing on personal development. I am studying and completing two qualifications in Executive coaching and advanced communication skills. Utilizing this and my personal life experiences I wish to work with people and help them personally and in business.
