I work at CGI, supporting client account management, growth support, and business development across a diverse portfolio. My focus is on helping organisations address complex business and IT challenges by building strong partnerships, optimising delivery, and identifying opportunities where digital and technology-led solutions can drive sustainable growth.My role spans day-to-day account management alongside in-contract growth, renewals, and bid activity across multiple accounts. I contribute to opportunity shaping and bid responses, supporting prospecting, discovery sessions, workshops, and executive insight exchanges to help align client priorities with practical, deliverable solutions.I work closely with delivery, commercial, and finance teams to define effective delivery models, governance structures, and commercially sound cost and finance models, ensuring solutions balance client objectives with realistic delivery and long-term value.I’m particularly interested in bridging client strategy and delivery execution—translating business and IT challenges into clear actions, structured delivery approaches, and scalable digital solutions. I bring a calm, organised, and collaborative working style, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, clarity, and consistent follow-through.I currently support clients across healthcare and life sciences, retail and consumer services, manufacturing, higher education, and local government.
