Current duties have been mortgage servicing and pay history reviews and consumer loan re-underwriting. Strong knowledge of mortgage underwriting, completing risk analysis with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy. Manual underwrite of entire loan file including income and credit analysis; debt to income calculation; collateral appraisal review; title; disclosure review; and TRID - TILA/RESPA APR compliance review. Made appropriate logical decisions regarding deficiencies identified during the review of mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with company, industry and federal guidelines. Identified transaction components that indicate the potential of fraud within the loan documents. Performed sufficient audit investigative work to detail and resolve any fraudulent issues that have been subsequently identified. Recorded data and compile a review of the circumstances and applicable conclusions. I also have experience with CRA and LAR reporting for small business lending commercial banking.
