About Dan Patton

Dan has over 3 decades of architectural design and architectural project management experience. He has successfully managed the planning, design, construction documentation, and construction administration phases of major public and private projects ranging from major renovations, ground-up construction, design-build, retail centers, office complexes, hospitality/hotel projects, hotel ADA upgrades and renovations, high-density residential apartments, tenant improvements, restaurants, master-planning and entitlement projects. Dan leads and directs his project teams in the design and development of construction details and ensures work is completed on time and complies with specifications and industry standards. Dan has extensive knowledge of the building codes and the implementation of them in the construction field. Dan has a proven ability to work closely with clients, contractors, planners, engineers, and agency officials to meet client objectives and resolve difficult project matters. Dan also prepares project schedules, bids, and proposals.
