As an Antitrust Partner, my practice focuses on criminal antitrust investigation, merger analysis, and antitrust counseling and litigation. I have represented foreign clients in international cartel investigations before the DOJ, the Canadian Competition Bureau and European Commission. Previously, I was a managing analyst for an economic litigation consulting firm, where I consulted on mergers and a number of other antitrust matters.
