Partnered with Level 10 as an on-site technical contractor for enterprise retail clients (Five Below, Wingstop, Lululemon) by installing low-voltage solutions such as kitchen displays and POS hardware.• Installed Kitchen Display System infrastructure (KDS) across 21 Wingstop locations in NY/NJ, which included running and terminating 140+ CAT5 cables, mounting 100+ monitors and 40+ receipt printers, and resulted in digital order management for high-volume restaurant operations.• Executed Verifone M400 Refresh tickets at 8 Five Below retail locations by replacing legacy pinpad devices with modern POS technology, which maintained PCI compliance, increased transaction security and reduced operational risks.
