I am a driven and passionate Consumer Goods industry veteran with a record of success calling on wholesale and leading chain retail customers across all channels. During this time, I have been both a small and large part of each tier\'s business and strive to bring an empathy and organized, results driven approach that achieves both short and long term sales and KPI growth for all stakeholders. I have played a key role in a number of high profile brand launches from both sales and marketing leadership positions, and have learned from both the success and failure of these. During this time I managed a team of Key Account Managers across the country, working with a variety of wholesalers nationally, and later large chain retailers, advancing Anheuser Busch growth goals through a collaborative, joint business plan focused approach. I worked cross functionally with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Supply Chain and HR to deliver the resources and tools that allowed my team and retailers to be successful. Built key metrics for success with Sales Leadership, including integration of incremental head count aimed at targeted projects and new brands.
