I am one of two main coordinators of an NGO working to increase awareness of mental health and psychiatric conditions and increase access to mental health services in Romania (https://mentalhealthforromania.org/). Throughout the years, I have directly coordinated tens of volunteers within various projects ranging from mental health education to research.Some of my work so far- designed a mental health education workshop that has so far been delivered to over high-schoolers throughout Romania- organized multiple events and online campaigns centered around LGBTQ+ mental health- conducted multiple research studies, including a study of mental health in Romanian universities with over participants, and one of mental health in high schools with over 500 participants- directly advised the research team (20-30 volunteers since the beginning) on study design, data analysis and scientific writing- co-organized a mental health art contest with over submissions over 3 years- created or designed online content in various formats: blog article, podcast, TikTok
