Growing up in restaurants I have washed dishes, served tables and tended bars in numerous team member roles and as such have a great, first hand appreciation of the challenges on the ground. As a senior operations manager at some of the countries biggest and most loved brands I have a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to run a successful business. Our aim at Eiger Consultancy is to work with both the operation and leadership teams to establish goals and ways of working that result in increased retention and engagement for the team, increased guest loyalty and visit frequency and improved efficiency resulting in increased profit for the stakeholders.
