Known for his deep-rooted knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods—and just about every dive bar in town—Dan has helped countless clients find their perfect place in the Windy City.He got his start in the early \'90s at The Apartment People and went on to become Leasing Director at several respected agencies, including Apartment Savvy and The Apartment Source. He also spent a decade as Marketing Director for Planned Property Management, gaining a unique edge in both leasing and property marketing.Dan’s not just about real estate—he’s a Chicago neighborhood explorer at heart. His personal mission? To live in all 77 of Chicago’s neighborhoods. So far, he\'s made his home in 21, and he’s just getting started.
