ABOUT DAN MCDONALD

As a current Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, I have had influences from a plethora of different project types. I have been involved in projects ranging from high-rise hospital projects to student housing/multi-family residential to commercial. All of the projects that I have been a part of, have created unique challenges to overcome. These challenges in combination with volunteering to step out of my comfort zone to accept additional responsibilities has guided me to becoming a successful Project Manager. The construction world is very rarely easy to achieve success. A strict adherence to honesty/integrity, a refusal to fail, adaptability, and a positive attitude are the core values that have allowed me to achieve my goals every day. I thoroughly enjoy construction and getting to physically see the measurable progress my team makes everyday. I take great pride in driving past my projects knowing how my team\'s hard work and effort got us over the finish line. The project teams I have been a part of have been comprised of some of the most effective leaders in the industry and I am very grateful to have worked/learned from all of them. I look forward to all of the challenges and lessons that lie ahead.
