ABOUT DAN MCCULLOUGH

Passionate about people, culture, employee experience and wellbeing. With extensive experience both on the frontline and as a leader, I love deep-diving into what makes people tick and utilising individual and team strengths/weaknesses to drive performance. I have a strong enthusiasm toward the continuous improvement of culture and am a big believer in how we feel while at work is the key driving force in achieving both strategic and personal goals as well as outcomes. I love to tap into those feelings we avoid naming and to create a space free of judgement, full of support and collaboration to help build each other up to be as strong as we can be. I enjoy problem-solving and love discovering and designing a whole range of processes in any way I can to be efficient and effective to benefit both your team and your organisation. I have experience in establishing new teams, creating and embedding culture, and all aspects of HR. I love to ensure people have the tools and resources needed to do their roles efficiently and effectively to develop toward their next career milestones. I am a keen networker and will talk to all stakeholders at all levels and have a strong focus on open communication, collaboration, personal integrity, and a focus on outcomes. I am a highly motivated person with a strong growth mindset and always looking for my next development/learning opportunity to continue the journey. I am currently studying to gain a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Human Resources & Employment Relations via Massey University while working full time.
