Architect, design and built 10+ TB Data Lake to support targeted customer identification and engagements, competitive threat analysis, technology R&D benchmarking and pathfinding, hiring and strategic planning, and many other uses.Implemented standard NLP analyzers to conform data to enable cross domain insights and analysis. Supported Machine Learning and AI based analysis using the data lake and Airflow.System build using ELK (Elasticsearch), Apache Airflow, and Python standardized data loaders. Fault tolerant system with active monitoring and daily data loads for most sources.Data Lake uses public APIs, web scraping, and external sources to track reddit, twitter, news, youtube transcripts, hiring, financial disclosures, earnings calls, grants, preprints, research publications, github, maven, libraries.io, cloud service providers, supply chain interruptions, new product releases, conference attendance, etc.Devised and implemented Python and NLP ELK analytics pipeline via Airflow to reduce devops support burdens and speed development. Standardized development processes to reduce time to load new data sources from 3 months to <2 weeks. Trained 10+ users to create their own loaders using this pipeline.
