The retail parking lot serves six tenants including Whole Foods, CVS and Bank of America, and averages over 5500 vehicles per week. The garage provides parking for MGH employees and patients, as well as an adjacent 300 room Wyndham Hotel, and averages over vehicles per week. Supervision of MGH evening shift parking personnel consisting of 25 team members responsible for six parking locations.
