Chapter Enhancement works alongside the Chapter Support initiative, but its focus is on the lower-performing chapters that have more difficulty with successful chapter operations - our intent here is to work with these chapters to \"up their game\" and get them on a more fulfilling, positive, values-based trajectory where the chapter and individual members can enjoy a more enriching experience in Sigma Chi. Another key goal here is to help chapters avoid losing their charters to to poor performance or increased conduct/disciplinary issues.
