ABOUT DAN MARTIN
I’m interested in supporting high-performing environments through developing performance strategies and impactful operational solutions.As co-owner and Performance Director at Combine Performance Ltd, I lead across three primary domains: Formula 1 (supporting both teams and drivers), Premier League football, and equestrian sport & horseracing. Our remit often extends to other elite sports and high performance industries and people.I completed a PhD and post-doctoral research in my interest areas of athlete behaviour change and performance strategy - subjects that underpin my applied work with both individuals and teams or organisations.I prioritise collaborative and interdisciplinary approaches to project leadership, with an emphasis on co-creating and delivering performance interventions that are fit-for-purpose and impactful.Alongside my athlete-facing roles, I am the co-founder and CTO of Meals.co.uk, a premium private chef service supporting professional athletes from a range of sports including Premier League and Championship football, Formula 1, and tennis, in addition to high performing execs and people with busy lifestyles.
