About Dan Martin

Practicing in the Family Law area for over 30 years, I bring extensive experience as a top litigator to the team of attorneys at Fleischer & Ravreby. Despite many hours of experience in both jury trials and bench trials, I prefer to work with clients to find good legal solutions outside the court system that include mediation and collaboration. I I keep clients foremost in mind when working through any legal matter. While there is no hesitation standing up for a client in court, my experience allows me to recommend to clients when it is prudent to settle a case for a good result that saves the client excess attorney fees. “My job is to protect my client, to get people out of my office with the least amount of emotional and financial damage possible. I tell them what they need to hear, which leads to them to good decisions.” All family law has a focus on finding the right solutions for clients. This includes marital settlement agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements that meet the needs for clients. I have extensive experience in negotiating agreements as I have volunteered as a Pro Tem Settlement Judge for over 20 years for the Courts trying to resolve cases instead of having them go to trial. I also work as minor\'s counsel when the Court needs assistance for children.
