As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Strategic Education Inc. I foster partnerships with leaders to discover strategies for developing workforces and advance organizational goals through SEI’s educational solutions.21st century workforces need innovative 21st century solutions, and leaders of these workforces need to be aware these solutions exist. One of the core virtues I bring to my partnerships is driving this awareness. I work with clients to elevate their understanding of available educational solutions and the creative ways in which SEI\'s programs enable them to efficiently reach their organizational goals.Every organization and each employee has its own needs and goals. An ongoing priority in every partnership I engage is developing a deep understanding of the practical, financial, and goal-oriented constraints and possibilities at each organization. Accordingly, I help tailor SEI\'s educational solutions in the best way possible to enhance existing workforces, providing workers with new skills, expertise, and qualifications. I strive to be a conduit sensitive to evolving circumstance, shifting industries and market spaces. Just as the client-partner relationship is adaptive, so too SEI\'s educational solutions benefit from experimentation, feedback, and updating strategies in response. This dynamic, customizable nature of SEI\'s offerings is one of its greatest features, and take front stage through the course of every partnership and strategy I create.
