I am truly grateful to get to help people every day. It is what drives me and the teams that I lead, collaborate with and support in the delivery of lifesaving treatments to patients on time, every time. With a passion for operational excellence and a track record of securing uninterrupted global supply of small molecule and biologic products, I have led multiple high-performing teams in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, external manufacturing, and supplier relationship management. Through servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, I drive sustainable supply chain solutions, nurture strong relationships and partnerships, proactively mitigate risks, champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain and align operations with business goals to create lasting impact. My career continues to be focused on the biopharma supply chain, direct materials strategic sourcing and external manufacturing leadership, manufacturing network optimization and new product launches. I am incredibly proud of the teams I have coached and mentored on their journey to becoming industry leaders.Outside of the professional world, I am passionate about my fitness, working towards achieving the status of Adirondack “46er” (hiking) and improving my finish times for Spartan obstacle course races.

   Leading a team of Global Category Leads and Site Procurement for globally sourced direct materials with end-to-end accountability for the strategic sourcing of feed ingredients, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), raw materials / excipients, packaging components and contract manufacturing and packaging services (>$500 million annual spend). Drive category strategies, supplier negotiations, and team leadership to ensure reliable, high-quality supply at optimal cost.
