Turnaround and Shutdown experience • Witnessing all Hydro or Pneumatic testing. • Preparing Inspection and Test Plans, Non-Conformance Reports & Pressure Test Packages. • Preparing of ITP\'s, NCR\'s, RFI\'s, hydro test packages, weld parameters • Extensive Acorn and red-line experience • Turnover experience including work procedures, worker certification logs, welder declarations, x-ray reports, pressure test reports, MMR’s & MTR’s. • Inspecting welds as per ASME B31.3/CSA Z662/CSA W47.1/W59 and client specifications, for weld defects and discontinuities, reviewing radiographic film and NDE Reports, and checking for defects in materials. • Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment & dimensional inspection as per drawings. • Review of approved WPS and monitoring welding activities as per WPS. • Material purchasing • Product and material receiving, color coding, and visually inspecting new material for defects. • Drawing/reading isometric drawings. • Coordinate inspection scheduling (company, client inspectors and third party) to ensure all operations is satisfactorily completed. • Experience with NDE including call-outs, repairs, tracers, logs and NDE records • Organizing and controlling all welding activities and material management, Field or Yard. • Coordinate and communicate with fabrication supervisors, fitters, welders and client inspectors
