It is clear that the energy transition is core to addressing climate change. My goal is to step into a strategic position to accelerate this on a portfolio-wide scale.As a Renewables Graduate at RWE, I have worked in multiple roles within Offshore Wind, including wind farm end-of-life management, construction, sustainability strategy, and O&M contract negotiation for Joint Venture transactions. My experience has given me a well-rounded skill set that will facilitate me to one day achieve my goal.
